“Maggie is a super challenging and supportive teacher. If you’re looking to learn something new in yoga, or push yourself to get stronger she is the teacher for you! When I first went to Maggie’s class I was recovering from an MCL injury, and a lot of her classes focused a lot on strengthening the body, which is HUGE in helping sports related injuries, and she always kept my injury in mind if we went into a pose I couldn’t quite get into and had substitutions for it. She also always has feedback (and a killer playlist) and keeps a tab on her students. So if you have a goal (regardless of weight loss, flexibility, strength, or even just starting yoga) - Maggie is the best teacher for the job and I always look forward to her classes!”

“I discovered Maggie’s classes in early 2019 and became deeply hooked, very quickly. Maggie’s classes are tough, and her instruction comes fast and can even feel unforgiving. The results, however, come just as quickly; I saw noticeable improvement both in and out of class within weeks. 
Her classes, especially the power ones, will challenge you at any level, but Maggie is as encouraging and thoughtful as her class is hard. You will want to keep going, to push through whatever mental barriers you had thought you previously had.
