“Maggie is a super challenging and supportive teacher. If you’re looking to learn something new in yoga, or push yourself to get stronger she is the teacher for you! When I first went to Maggie’s class I was recovering from an MCL injury, and a lot of her classes focused a lot on strengthening the body, which is HUGE in helping sports related injuries, and she always kept my injury in mind if we went into a pose I couldn’t quite get into and had substitutions for it. She also always has feedback (and a killer playlist) and keeps a tab on her students. So if you have a goal (regardless of weight loss, flexibility, strength, or even just starting yoga) - Maggie is the best teacher for the job and I always look forward to her classes!”

“I always look forward to one of Maggie’s classes. She is challenging and she encourages you to do your best. Her cues and helpful hints allow me to know what she wants me to do next, enabling me to be engaged mentally and physically the whole time. She is such a positive and happy presence, and while the class is so much fun, she still works to keep you in proper form and working hard!
